Do you offer online shopping?
Yes! You can shop Hudson Square Boutique online and choose shipping or in-store pickup (where available).
Do you offer in-store pickup?
In-store pickup is available for both our NY & FL locations.
How often do you get new arrivals?
We typically receive new arrivals daily but NY receives new arrivals every Wednesday. Sign up for our email list and follow us on social media to stay up to date on launches and restocks.
Permanent Jewelry
Do you offer permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is offered in-store at our New York location only. At this time, permanent jewelry is not available at our Florida location but stay tuned for updates!
Brand Availability
Is the same merchandise available at both locations?
While both locations carry curated selections of women’s clothing, shoes, and accessories, not all brands or collections are available at both stores. Availability may vary by location.
Is the ReStyle collection available in Florida?
The ReStyle collection is not available at our Florida location at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for store credit only (no refunds) within 14 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is included.
What condition must items be in to be returned?
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, free of visible stains or damage, and have all original tags attached.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. All accessories, intimates, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do online returns work?
Online orders must be returned in appropriate packaging, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and store credit is issued for approved returns.
